Just got my 40h home and I've already hit a roadblock.

-Plug it into PowerBook USB.
-The initial startup lights come on and stay on.
-That's it.

-Tried MonomeSerial, does not show up in the Device list.
-Tried SerialIO, just sits at the "searching for devices" stage.

Something wrong or am I missing something simple?

ok, false alarm. installed the Intel FTDI driver on my PPC. um, yeah. 
looking good now!
