Hi

Ive had my 40h for about 2 weeks now, i've noticed about 4 buttons don't
really work as well as the rest, they need either harder pressing (very
firm), or mostly just by fluke to trigger, sometimes they send a string
of inputs with one press, not this is just 5 buttons.

I'm wondering whats up and how can i fix it?

Sounds like you might be experiencing "pad collision".

that's unfortunate, we were having very good results in testing.

i apologize for this issue. it was elusive early on and we didn't figure 
it out until recently. luckily it's an easy fix.

though unlikely, you might also have a keypad with a bad batch of 
conductive silicone. let me know any details.

I kind of need the box for the next 3 months non stop for gigs cant
