adc calib. and MIDI note assigning in MonomeSerial

the problems i've encountered here are with OSC latency unfortunately. 
the vst-izer in max/msp doesn't work well with the OSC objects for some 
reason.

i'll look into getting some upper/lower limits added to the adc boxes.
