Kelli's mycelium network print is gorgeous!

My brain loves all the various Monome, user community and process
metaphors it brings up, too.

Nicely done.

I love Kelli's 256 design. What did he used?

I don't know what she used, but is amazing how it's similar as the
htmlgraph of monome web site:

thanks for the kind words. we've been really interested in mycelium for
some time (it's had amazingly visible remediating effects in our garden)
and it does seem to contain a breadth of representation that's hard to
ignore. there's an excellent book called "Mycelium Running" by Paul
Stamets that's fun to read. and thanks to Audrius Meškauskas we can
experiment with the growth cycles of different funguses on his website.

it's an addictive simulation to play with and inspired the drawing for
the box. after examining a lot of models it was easy to imitate the
branching patterns with paper and pen. two drawings were used to make
separate silk-screens as it is a two color/double pass print.
