Will you have a 256 with you? If so, I'm there.

hmmm. i've got free time and musically inclined friends.

but wait, it appears that i have to bring some homemade art to give away
so i can bid on more art. And she says it has to be good art which
pretty much rules out my felt 40h case that i made. and nobody wants a
gunboat diplomacy ep. and they are only accepting 55 rsvps. hmmm.
sounds exclusive and fun. but who the hell would let me in? if i tell
them i know brian crabtree do i get the "talented artists only"
requirement waived?

brooklyn's a long way to go justin, but you are a talented artist.the
CDM site say, and i quote "Bring toys or come empty-handed and enjoy".
take eric as well. he won't what to do with himself. it'll be fun.

I live in Queens... and again... I'd come just to see a 256 in person...
as it would be super great to see one in person before I plunk the cash
down. Is that a possibility or are they not "there" yet?

Hell I'd settle for the older one if that's all I could see... it'd just
be nice to behold and person and get a clear sense of. Maybe I'll come
anyways. I'm curious about what people are bringing.

EDIT: PS - What time are you thinking aboot playing? I'd def want to be
there for that.

don't know when the music starts.

we're not bringing the prototype 256, we don't have a full bank of pads
yet, and i regret showing the sub-standard keypads at the makerfaire.

we'll make a point of doing a few public showings in nyc and other
cities when it's ready.

Yes, my mistake, i scrolled down the link to far and happened upon
Friday's event information.

I've RSVP'd and I'm looking forward to a good time.

Oh, BTW. I read about Kelli's calculator after the fact, and I wish I
could have played with it! It was near you, but I wasn't sure what it's
deal was.

PLEASE do a Felt+Circuits workshop in NYC. I'm totally down! My
girlfriend would probably dig it as well. Sounds like awesometown.

Be still my heart! Thanks for remembering! I got the direct audio live
version of the dublab set, but this is so great! This is a really nice
version. I just love that noisy pad. It gives me shivers. It might be
interesting if it migrated VERY slowly from left to right over the
course of the song. Really a beautiful composition. Thank you for
sharing.
