hello friends, thanks for your patience.

we're slowly returning from a complete server reinstall after a security
problem. the good news is that things are much better now than they were
before the incident.

please post problems you notice, and it'll take a bit longer for
everything to return fully to normal (a day or two).

you might catch the site in the midst of a restart here and again.

we managed to lose two days worth of forum posts. i'm hoping we'll find
a way to retrieve them, but it's not top priority.

we'll be moving over to a completely new forum and wiki in the next week
hopefully. this forum will remain static as an archive at that time.

i haven't relaunched the order site yet. that's next on the list.

working on a sunday??  be sure to take some tehn time, aiight??

so uh, credit card info wasn't at risk I take it?  had to ask.

we store no credit card info, ever. it goes directly to the processor, 
never touches a disk on our side. SSL of course.

everything works now!

new forum and shockingly thorough documentation to come.
